Web Design and SEO Leicester
Hello I am a web designer called Michael Kehoe welcome to my website. The site was originally created as a university project since then has been virtually unused and totally neglected. Until now.
I have reecently become interested in SEO. I enjoy the competitive nature of it. There is somebody in Manchester, claiming to be a SEO novice.
Despite their claim, they have managed to reach the top of the Google rankings for the search term SEO Manchester. This has inspired me to try the same for the search term "SEO Leicester" so to see how get on click on the link to the end of the page to see my SEO Leicester experiment.

SEO Leicester Experiment
To start with I will just give a brief introduction to what teh SEO Leicester experiment is all about.
I took a SEO course at college and from what I learned and from speaking to other SEOs I found that nobody knows for sure what will make successful SEO because the search engines don't tell us.
There is lots of advice about the subject but I want to put some of these bits of advice into action. Like most things that we do not know about, there are a number of myths. I intend to start busting these myths it will help me save an awful lot of time in the future.
My plan is to use different SEO techniques, changing them every once in a while and then search for "SEO Leicester" in Google to see which ones work best.
As you would imagine, there is a lot of competition for the search term "SEO Leicester" and the people using it will be the people who know exactly what they're doing.
Its going to be interesting to see how i manage in the battle for rankings for the term SEO Leicester and what techniques seem to work the best.
The more successful i can be, the more crediblity I will have as an SEO consultant. It would be great to get to page one as it would show I can mix it with the big boys of SEO in Leicester.
